The Defense Travel Management Office (DTMO) awarded a new contract for Commercial Travel Office (CTO) services in Europe to Carlson Wagonlit/SatoTravel (CWTSatoTravel) to begin on Aug. 1.
This contract change will impact how 86 LRS delivers passenger travel support in the short term (up to 45 days):
• For all travel authorizations already in the system for travel on or before Aug. 8 (and all August PCS port calls) the current CTO (Ztrak-Global) will issue the tickets.
• DTS travel requests that do not require CTO assistance are unaffected. Eligible travelers should make every effort to maximize utilization of DTS.
• All other travel requests must be processed on-line through the new contractor’s Web site using a manual reservation form. Access the reservation form (effective Aug. 1) at www.CWTSatoTravel.com and select Ramstein as your site.

Military personnel will be available to answer phone calls and email inquiries from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday, and can schedule individual appointments, when necessary. After-hours support will not be affected.
