Want to work out on your time? 24/7 Service is now available at the following USAG Rheinland-Pfalz facilities: Kleber Physical Fitness Center, Landstuhl Physical Fitness Center; Mountaineer Physical Fitness Center; Rhine Ordnance Barracks Physical Fitness Center; and Sembach Physical Fitness Center. Prost, Prose & Paint

The Baumholder Library and Pinsetters’ Pub are hosting Prost, Prose & Paint evenings of sip and paint with a twist of literature from 6 to 8 p.m. at the pub, Bldg. 8105 on Smith Barracks. Dates: Jan 18, April 18, July 18, and Oct. 17. This is for those 18 and older. Food and beverages are available for purchase. Sensory Storytime

The Baumholder Library and the ACS Exceptional Family Member Program are hosting sensory storytimes for ages 2 to 5 every fourth Wednesday of the month at 4 p.m. in Bldg. 8332 on Smith Barracks. These storytimes start Jan. 24 as a regular monthly program event. Sensory Storytime is for all children and all abilities. Children are encouraged to use one or more of the senses which offers numerous developmental benefits. Stuffed Animal Sleepover

The popular annual Stuffed Animal Sleepover starts with children dropping off their furry friends Thursday, Jan. 26 at 6 p.m. at the library, Bldg. 3810 on Landstuhl Post. After listening to a bedtime story, children will tuck them in for a library sleepover and pick them up the next day, Friday, Jan. 26 from noon to 4 p.m. Children will receive photos of the shenanigans that their stuffed animals got into overnight. Everyone is encouraged to wear their pajamas to storytime. 2023/2024 Baumholder Late Night Basketball

The 2023/2024 Late Night Basketball season is from December to March at the Halll of Champions Physical Fitness Center, Bldg. 8105 on Smith Barracks in Baumholder. Dates are Dec. 28, Jan. 26, Feb. 23 and March 29. This is a free event for ID card holders, ages 18 and older. Registration is required, and players must signup individually at the Hall of Champions on game dates. Martin Luther King JR Basketball Tournament

The Hall of Champions Physical Fitness Center is hosting the Martin Luther King JR Basketball Tournament Jan. 12 to 15 at Bldg. 8105 on Smith Barracks in Baumholder. Registration is now until Dec. 29. Cost is $400 per team. This tournament is open to varsity level teams. The mandatory coaches meeting is Jan. 12 at 10 a.m. at the Hall of Champions. New Year’s Eve Cabaret, Featuring the Winter Wonderettes

The Award-Winning KMC Onstage is ringing in 2024 with their first-ever New Year’s Eve Cabaret Dec. 31 from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. at the KMC Onstage Studio, Bldg. 3109 on Daenner Kaserne. This event will feature the Winter Wonderettes and is for ages 18 and older. Cost is $50 per ticket, which includes live entertainment, dancing, finger foods and a champagne toast at midnight! Armstrong’s New Year’s Eve Black & Gold Celebration

The Armstrong’s Community Club is throwing a free New Year’s Eve Black and Gold Celebration Dec. 31 from 8 p.m. to 1 a.m. at the club, Bldg. 1036 on Vogelweh Housing. Reservations are not required. She Kills Monsters Auditions

The Award-Winning KMC Onstage is hosting auditions for “She Kills Monsters” Jan. 2 & 3 at 7 p.m. at the KMC Onstage Mainstage, Bldg. 3232 on Kleber Kaserne. CYS Swimming Clinic

The Baumholder Youth Sports Program are hosting a Swimming Clinic starting Feb. 6 at the Aquatics Center, Bldg. 8897 on Wetzel Kaserne. Registration opens Jan. 8. Programs are Preschool Swin for ages 3 to 5 and Learn to Swim for ages 6 to 15. All sessions are in groups. Each program will have a total of eight sessions. The swim clinic will be offered during the noon hours for homeschool youth and afternoon hours for all other youth. Youth Wall Climbing Clinic

The Baumholder Youth Sports Program are hosting a Youth Wall Climbing Clinic every Friday during the month of February from 5 to 6 p.m. at Ramstein Outdoor Recreation, inside the KMCC Mall on Ramstein Air Base. Cost is $50. Registration is from Jan. 8 to 28. 2024 New Year-New You Fitness Challenge

The USAG Rheinland-Pfalz Fitness, Athletics and Aquatics Team is hosting the 2024 New Year-New You Fitness Challenge from Jan. 12 to Jan. 25 at the Hall of Champions Fitness Center, Bldg. 8105 on Smith Barracks in Baumholder. Red Pin Bowling

Starting Jan. 12, Red Pin Bowling happens every Friday from 4 to 10 p.m. at the Strikers Bowling Center, Bldg. 8105 on Smith Barracks in Baumholder. Bowlers who make a strike while the head pin is red, will receive a free game coupon. The red pin will be randomly placed as the head pin. For more information, visit baumholder.armymwr.com.

Dungeons & Dragons at Baumholder Library

Go on adventures with an intrepid crew of heroes with Baumholder Library’s Dungeons & Dragons offered every third Tuesday of the month from 4 to 5 p.m., starting Jan. 16. This is for ages 9 to 14.  Players can use their imagination and creativity to build the story and move the game forward. Seats are limited and registration is required. New Dates for Big Stage Karaoke at Kazabra Club

Perform Karaoke on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 5th Friday from 8 p.m. to 1 a.m. at the Kazabra Club, Bldg. 2057 on Vogelweh. Please note that that if a Comedy Show (once a month) is taking place, Big Stage Karaoke will not take place. The next one is Dec. 8. Check Kaiserslautern.armymwr.com for comedy night show dates. Food is available from Shawingz, voted the best American Food in Kaiserslautern.

Full Nerd Friday

The time has come for “Revenge of the Nerds” every Friday from 6 to 10 p.m. at the Baumholder Warrior Zone, Bldg. 8218 on Smith Barracks. This is a free event for 18 and older, and registration is not required. There will be a full assortment of table-top, role-playing games, board games, video games. Come one, come all in Cosplay! Bring Your Own Board Game at Strikers Bowling Center

The Pinsetters’ Pub has Bring Your Own Board Game every Friday at 5 p.m. until closing. This is a free event and preregistration is not required. All gamers, 18 and older, are welcome. Food is available at Shawingz until 9 p.m. There are large and small tables provided for game play, and fabulous music to provide the right atmosphere for playing. Friday Pool Tournament

The Landstuhl Community Club hosts a free pool tournament every Friday from 6:30 to 10 p.m. at the club, Bldg. 3780 on Landstuhl Post. Sign-up is at 6 p.m., with the tournament beginning at 6:30 p.m. Prizes are 1st place $50; 2nd place $25; and 3rd place $10. Contestants must be 18 years or older.
