2023 ROBtoberfest-Reserve your seat now!

USAG Rheinland-Pfalz will host one of the most highly anticipated events of the year, the two-day ROBtoberfest Sep. 8 from 7 to 11 p.m. and Saturday, Sep. 9, from 1 to 5 p.m. The event will take place at the Family and MWR Special Events Center, Bldg. 237 on Rhine Ordnance Barracks. This Volksfest (folk festival) will feature live performances by the authentic German Oktoberfest Band, Bavarian Express. Jack Holmes Comedy Show

The Kazabra Club presents the Jack Holmes Comedy Show Aug. 18 from 8 to 10 p.m. at the Kazabra Club, Bldg. 2057 on Vogelweh. Doors open at 6:30 p.m., and tickets are only $10 at the door. The show’s host is local comedian Erin Crouch. Local contractor, Sean Mallory, is the show’s special guest. The show also features Carlitos, who runs his own standup comedy show in Luxembourg. Chuck’s Pub Trivia at Armstrong’s Club

Armstrong’s Club announces Chuck’s Pub Trivia every Friday from 7 to 10 p.m. , Bldg. 1036 on Vogelweh Housing. This trivia is a professional, multi-media competition with different formats and puzzles for teams to solve. Bring a team or join one. No registration required. Grand prize is $50. Pinsetter’s Pub Reopens

The Pinsetter’s Pub, located inside the Bowling Center on Smith Barracks in Baumholder, has reopened. The pub is for 18 and older. The Baumholder Outdoor Recreation is hosting the German Hunting Course Aug. 23 to Oct. 28 at Kaiserslautern Outdoor Recreation, Bldg. 2905 on Pulaski Barracks. Reserve by the first day of class, Aug. 23. Cost is $250. Open to all hunters ages 18 and older, who are U.S. I.D. cardholders. More than 120 owners will be showing their cars, trucks, and motorcycles at the End of the Summer Show Sep. 9 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., in the parking lot at the Pulaski Auto Skills Center, Bldg. 2859 on Pulaski Barracks. Ryder Cup Competition

The Ryder Cup Competition is happening Sep. 9 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Rolling Hills Golf Course, Bldg. 8888 on Wetzel Kaserne in Baumholder. Register before Sep. 9. Free for members. Non-members will need to pay. A German and American team of 18 players will compete for the Ryder Cup Trophy by playing “Four Ball,” “Foursomes,” and “Match Play.” Why play flat-land golf? Baumholder Library Summer Reading Program After Party

The Summer Reading Program might be over, but the party still goes on! Celebrate finding your voice at an activity-studded after party that celebrates reading and all our readers! The celebration will be held July 29 from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Rolling Hills Golf Course Clubhouse, Bldg. 8888 on Wetzel Kaserne. There will be crafts, sport activities, bouncy houses, karaoke, and a live band! This event is free and for all ages. SKIES Irish Dancing

SKIES Unlimited offers Irish Dance Classes for ages 4 to at the SKIES Bldg. 3819 on Landstuhl Post. Summer Workshops are currently offered for the following dates: Aug. 1 to 3 and Aug. 8 to 10. Enrollment is ongoing and Fall classes will start on Sep. 5. All participants must be registered with Army MWR Child and Youth Services. Free Youth Soccer Clinic

The Baumholder Youth Sports and Fitness program is hosting free youth soccer clinic with Ohio Wesleyan University Soccer Team Aug. 2 from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Baumholder Minick Field. This clinic is open for youth, ages five to 15. Registration is required and must be done through Parent Central Services before July 23. Rolling Hills OPEN Tournament

The Rolling Hills Golf Course, Bldg. 8888 on Wetzel Kaserne in Baumholder, announces the Rolling Hills OPEN Tournament Saturday and Sunday, Aug. 5 and 6 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. This is a 36-hole, stroke play event, open to all eligible players. Interested golfers must registered before Aug. 4. A free practice round is Friday, Aug. 4. Cost is $40 to play, which includes a meal and trophy.
