A U.S. Army Corps of Engineers construction project changed the traffic flow on the L369 outside the east gate. Commuters may experience delays leaving or entering the installation between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. until approximately March 1. A traffic light was installed and the speed limit reduced on the L369 between the Harmon Gate and the L369-K5-A6 circle near Einsiedlerhof to mitigate traffic flow in this area. All personnel are advised to plan accordingly, observe all traffic laws and use the East LVIS Gate when available.
