CYS SKIES Youth Soccer at 8th Annual USYS Continental Cup in Schwedelbach

U.S. Army Garrison Rheinland-Pfalz Child and Youth Services SKIES Unlimited participated in the US Youth Soccer Europe e.V. 8th Annual USYS Continental Cup in Schwedelbach, June 3-4.

The event is one of biggest tournaments in the region, featuring 90 teams across nine different categories (ages 7 -13 girls and boys).

This was the first time the youths of the SKIES Soccer program participated at this tournament along with SKIES instructors coach Ronnie Franzeb and coach Tobias Fahrmann of Prosoc Academy. Participants from Luxembourg and all over Germany, including Bavaria, Baden-Württemberg, Hessen, and Rheinland-Pfalz came out for the two-day event.
