Remember to keep hat on
Ah, spring is in the air. The sun is shining, the birds are singing. It’s a great time to enjoy a meal at one of the many outdoor eating areas in the KMC.
But, remember that if you’re in uniform you still need to wear appropriate headgear. KMC Policy Letter 49 contains a complete list of designated “No Hat” areas. The policy goes on to say that hats must be worn in all other outdoor locations, including outdoor eating areas operated by AAFES, Services, and concessionaires. So, enjoy the spring weather, but keep your hat on.
