Brig. Gen. Roger Giraud and Command Sgt. Maj. Jesus Gonzalez from Medical Readiness Command, Europe visited Chievres Air Base, Belgium, Nov. 19. During their visit, they had the opportunity to meet with Soldiers from Chievres Army Veterinary Activity and observe how they conduct food inspections of the Chievres Air Base Commissary. Army food inspectors examine subsistence and provide training with food service personnel to prevent contamination and ensure that servicemembers are receiving wholesome foods. Photo by Kirk Frady
