***image1***It was a warm greeting on a cold morning Wednesday between Gen.-Col. Anatoliy Yakovich Toropchyn (left), commander in chief of the Ukrainian Air Forces, and Gen. Tom Hobbins, U.S. Air Forces in Europe commander, during a four-day visit focused on bilateral relations.
During his visit to Ramstein, General-Colonel Toropchyn met with senior USAFE leaders in order to become familiar with organizational missions, air operations and planning, as well as enlisted and officer training and development.
