For the second time, the German-American Community Office will present
itself Dec. 1 on the Kaiserslautern Christmas market. GACO employees
and their guests can be found from noon to 9 p.m. on the stage at
Schillerplatz.
***image1***“We arranged for several American bands, choirs and dancers to perform
and bring the Christmas spirit over to our German neighbors,” said
Sissi Kösling from GACO.
The U.S. Army Garrison Kaiserslautern will bring its Kiddie Train,
which offers children free rides around the Christmas market.
“The Ramstein Officers’ Spouses’ Club will take care of the appearance
of Santa Claus. The club will also donate the candy canes Santa Claus
will distribute,” said Mrs. Kösling.
