The Interactive Customer Evaluation system, or ICE system, is an online resource that allows customers throughout the Department of Defense to give feedback online. Here in the KMC, ICE enables FSS customers to submit online comment cards that ultimately help us improve our service to you.

Not sure how to put it on ICE? It’s easy. Just visit www.86fss.com and click on the ICE link.  Can’t wait until you get home to share your feedback with us? No problem. Just pull out your smart phone and scan the QR codes on posters throughout various FSS facilities. Submitting a comment will not only help us serve you better, but it will also enter you for chances to win prizes from FSS.
