Hoops: USAFE sweeps Inter-Nations Basketball Tournament

Ramstein hosted the 2008 Component Command Air Headquarters Ramstein Inter-Nations Basketball Tournament June 2 to 4 at the South Side Fitness Center and Annex gymnasium. The USAFE Women’s Team defeated the Belgium Air Force Team 74-40 in the championship game. The USAFE Men’s Team defeated the German Air Force 76-73 in a thriller to capture the championship, ending a three-year consecutive losing streak.
