Housing Hype – June 7, 2024

The KMC Housing Furnishings Management Section is here to support you and make your transition as pleasant as possible. FMS provides loaner furniture for up to 90 days when you are PCSing in or out. FMS also provides washing machines, dryers, refrigerators, and transformers — as necessary — for the length of your tour.

The Appliance shop will hook up your washer and dryer the same day it gets delivered. If you have any issues with your FMS delivered appliances, please call the appliance shop at 489-6622/6624 or 0631-536-6622/6624. Newcomers, please contact FMS to schedule your loaner furniture once you have a certified rental agreement. You do not need orders to schedule your FMS, however, orders will need to be provided prior to your scheduled appointment.

The Furniture Management Section walk-in hours are 8 a.m.–noon and 1–3:30 p.m., Monday – Thursday and 8 a.m.–noon and 1–3 p.m. on Fridays. We are closed on U.S. and German holidays.
