The KMC Housing Furniture Management

The KMC Housing Furniture Management Section is here to support you and make your transition as pleasant as possible. FMS provides loaner furniture for up to 90 days when you are PCSing in or out. FMS also provides wardrobes, washers & dryers, and transformers — as necessary — for the length of your tour. The appliance shop will hook up your washer and dryer the same day it gets delivered. If you have any issues with your FMS delivered appliances, please call the appliance shop at 489-6622/6624 or 0631-536-6622/6624. Newcomers, please contact FMS to schedule your loaner furniture once you have a certified rental agreement.

The Furniture Management Section walk-in hours are 7:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m., Mon-Thu and 7:30 a.m.-3 p.m. on Fridays. We are closed on U.S. and German holidays.

Upcoming Office Closures: The KMC Housing Office and Furnishings Management Section will be closed on Oct. 3 for a German holiday, Oct. 9 for Columbus Day, and Oct. 11 for Housing Time (Section Specific Training/Admin Time).
