Housing Hype: Welcome to KMC Housing Office

The Housing Management Office is ready to support you in the transition to your new home and community. If you are looking for homes to rent, it helps to know where to start. www.homes.mil provides all available, KMC Housing-inspected and approved rentals in the KMC.

Once you have found the right home, there are two options to get your rental agreement certified by our office.

Please DO NOT sign the rental agreement before it has been reviewed by the Housing Referral Office.

Option A: Walk-in rental agreement review & certification once it is signed by the prospective Landlord. (Waiting times can be between 30 min and up to 2 hrs during peak season)

Option B: E-mail a copy of the rental agreement to KMCHousing@us.af.mil once it is signed by the prospective Landlord. After our housing professionals complete their review, you will be contacted to setup an appointment to certify the rental agreement. (Process can take between 5-10 business days during peak season)

You are then ready to reside in the great Kaiserslautern Military Community.

Please ensure you have done your mandatory housing briefing within two days of arrival.
