Housing Hype: Welcome to the KMC Housing Office!

The KMC Housing Furniture Management Section is here to support you and make your transition as pleasant as possible. FMS provides loaner furniture for up to 90 days when you are PCSing in or out. FMS also provides washers, dryers, refrigerators and transformers — as necessary — for the length of your tour.

The appliance shop will hook up your washer and dryer the same day it gets delivered. If you have any issues with your FMS delivered appliances, please call the appliance shop at DSN 489-6622/6624 or COMM 0631-536-6622/6624. You can also email our appliance shop org box at 86ces.fms.appliance@us.af.mil. Newcomers, please contact FMS to schedule your loaner furniture once you have a certified rental agreement.

The Furniture Management Section walk-in hours are 8 a.m.–12 p.m. and 1-4 p.m. Mon – Thu and 8 a.m.–12 p.m. and 1-3 p.m. on Fri. We are closed on U.S. and German holidays.
