Introducing Medical Logistics

***image1******image2******image3***The 435th Medical Support Squadron’s medical logistics flight stood up about 90 days ago. It has the fourth largest war reserve materiel in the Air Force and a budget of $14.5 million.

(Bottom) Lt. Col. Tracy Pope, orthopedic surgeon, goes through her medical kit before a deployment from Ramstein. The medical logistics flight is in charge of packing all deployment medical kits; they ensure that doctors are supplied with all the consumable medical supplies needed.
