May 17
3:47 p.m.: Security forces reported suspicious activity when they noticed a foreign national taking photographs of landing planes. Photos were verified but the individual refused to delete the photographs.

May 18
5:01 p.m.: A foreign national reported theft from his motor vehicle.  Investigation revealed someone  pried down the front passenger side window, unlocked the vehicle and removed several items from the vehicle. There are no suspects or witnesses at this time.

May 19
11:08 a.m.: Polizei observed an Airman operating his vehicle in an erratic manner. Polizei stopped the individual and determined the Airman was possibly under the influence of alcohol. The Airman was advised of his legal rights.

May 20
3:15 a.m.: A civilian was stopped after turning around before reaching the Anti-Drunk Driving Checkpoint.  Upon contact, police detected the odor of alcohol. The civilian was advised of his legal rights.

7:59 p.m.: A civilian was attempting to turn left when he failed to yield the right of way, causing a local national to strike his vehicle. The civilian complained of possible internal injuries, shock and whiplash. The local national complained of a possible broken shoulder, broken hip, broken leg, whiplash and shock. Both individuals were treated for their injuries.

May 21
1:20 a.m.: A dependent and local national were involved in a verbal altercation that turned physical when the dependent struck the local national with a beer glass. The local national was transported to the hospital for treatment of cut to the head and ear.  The dependent was advised of his legal rights.

5 a.m.: Two Airmen were attempting to help another Airman who was walking in traffic. While doing so, the Airman struck those trying to help her with an open hand. Polizei arrived on scene and said the Airman was belligerent, spitting and hitting her head on the ground. The Airman bit an officer on his hand when he attempted to restrain her. The Airman was advised of her legal rights.

May 22
5 a.m.: An unknown individual and an Airman were involved in a verbal altercation that turned physical when the unknown individual struck the Airman in the face with a closed fist, causing a cut to the bottom lip and a dislodged tooth. The Airman was transported to LRMC for treatment.

May 23
6:17 p.m.: A dependent reportedly grabbed a bag of candy from a child while another dependent put the child in a bear hug. A third dependent tackled the child to the ground before the child could get up and depart the scene. The child declined medical attention.

» A squadron commander administered non-judicial punishment under Article 15, UCMJ, to a staff sergeant for violation of Article 107, false official statement. The commander imposed punishment of suspended reduction to senior Airman and a reprimand.

» The 86th Airlift Wing commander administered non-judicial punishment under Article 15, UCMJ, to a first lieutenant for violation of Article 92, dereliction of duty, and two violations of Article 107, false official statement. The commander imposed punishment of forfeiture of $1,826 pay for two months and a reprimand.

» A squadron commander administered non-judicial punishment under Article 15, UCMJ to an Airman 1st  class for violation of Article 92, dereliction of duty, and Article 113, misbehavior of a sentinel.  The commander imposed punishment of reduction to Airman, 45 days extra duty, and a reprimand.

» A squadron commander administered non-judicial punishment under Article 15, UCMJ, to a senior Airman for two violations of Article 86, failure to go, and one violation of Article 134, failure to pay a just debt. The commander imposed punishment of reduction to Airman first class, suspended forfeiture of $975 pay for two months and a reprimand.

» A squadron commander administered non-judicial punishment under Article 15, UCMJ, to a senior Airman for violation of Article 112a, wrongful use of controlled substances. The commander imposed punishment of reduction to Airman basic, 30 days restriction, 30 days extra duty  and a reprimand.
