OCT. 18
3:15 p.m.: An assault was reported on Vogelweh between two individuals. Investigation revealed there was a verbal altercation which turned physical when they entered a mutual struggle. No injuries were reported by individuals.

4 p.m.: An indecent exposure was reported in Kaiserslautern. Investigation revealed an Army sergeant was exposing his genitalia to five local nationals.


OCT. 19
6:45 a.m.: A major traffic collision with injuries was reported in Ramstein-Miesenbach. Investigation revealed a senior Airman’s vehicle failed to yield to the right of way, when he struck a local national’s vehicle. Both individuals reported chest pains from the collision.

OCT. 20
7 p.m.: Vandalism was done to a blue Toyota in Godelhausen. Damage was done to the driver’s side of the vehicle with black spray paint.

OCT. 21
5 a.m.: A drunken driving was reported in Kaiserslautern. Investigation revealed an Air Force senior Airman was stopped on a routine traffic stop when the odor of alcohol was detected.

OCT. 22
1:25 p.m.: A larceny of Army and Air Force Exchange Service property was reported at the shoppette on Pulaski Barracks after a senior Airman stole 68.03 liters of gasoline.

OCT. 23
2:38 a.m.: A disorderly conduct/drunkenness and sexual misconduct was reported on Vogelweh.  Investigation revealed an Airman 1st class approached Vogelweh, and upon arrival, the individual was unresponsive. When the individual became responsive, he exposed himself to entry controllers. Alcohol was involved. The subject was advised of his legal rights.

2:39 p.m.: A breaking and entering, damage and larceny of private property
was reported in Landstuhl. Investigation revealed a local national broke into a home through a locked front door, taking keys to a green Volkswagen, a gray Chrysler and the house keys.

BARMENTS
» Nine civilians were barred from all U.S. military installations in Europe for the possession and/or distribution of controlled substances.
