9:45 a.m.: Child neglect was reported on Ramstein. Investigation revealed an underaged child was left unattended in a vehicle.

11:26 a.m.: Shoplifting was reported at the Kaiserslautern Military Community Center.

7 p.m.: Drunkenness and failure to obey a written order or regulation was reported on Ramstein after an individual showed up to work intoxicated.

10:28 a.m.: An unattended death was reported in Waldmohr.

3:43 p.m.: A major traffic accident with injuries was reported in Landstuhl. Investigation revealed the accident was caused due to defective brakes.

7:17 p.m.: A sexual assault, assault and damage to private property was reported in Stelzenberg.

 5:08 a.m.: A major traffic accident was reported in Kaiserslautern after a motorist crashed into a large wild boar.

SEPT. 7
1:03 p.m.: A major traffic accident with injuries was reported in Mackenbach. Investigation revealed the accident was caused due to failure to yield.

5:16 p.m.: A major traffic accident was reported in Kaiserslautern. Investigation revealed the accident was caused due to following too closely.

SEPT. 8
3:32 a.m.: A burglary and break-in was reported in Bruchmühlbach.

10 p.m.: Indecent exposure and unlawful entry was reported in Bad Dürkheim. Investigation revealed an individual broke a window to a garage and illegally entered. The individual was later found at the Bad Dürkheim train station undressed.

SEPT. 9
3:17 a.m.: An assault and drunk and disorderly was reported at a club on Vogelweh.

5:09 a.m.: An aggravated assault and communicating a threat was reported in Kaiserslautern.

SEPT. 10
10:37 a.m.: An assault was reported in Bad Dürkheim.

3:04 p.m.: A failure to obey and shipping ammunition through the postal service was reported at the Ramstein Northside Post Office.

UCMJ ACTIONS
• A squadron commander administered non-judicial punishment under Article 15, Uniform Code of Military Justice, to an airman for two violations of Article 86, failure to go. The commander imposed punishment of 30 days extra duty.

• A squadron commander administered non-judicial punishment under Article 15, UCMJ, to a staff sergeant for two violations of Article 92, dereliction of duty. The commander imposed punishment of reduction to senior airman, 30 days restriction, 45 days extra duty and a reprimand.

• A squadron commander administered non-judicial punishment under Article 15, UCMJ, to an airman first class for violation of Article 108, destruction of military property, and Article 134, drunk and disorderly. The commander imposed punishment of suspended reduction to airman, forfeiture of $835 pay for two months, 30 days restriction, 15 days extra duty and a reprimand.

• A squadron commander administered non-judicial punishment under Article 15, UCMJ, to an airman for violation of Article 121, larceny. The commander imposed punishment of reduction to airman basic, forfeiture of $172 pay and a reprimand.

• A squadron commander administered non-judicial punishment under Article 15, UCMJ, to an airman first class for violation of Article 92, dereliction of duty. The commander imposed punishment of reduction to airman, 45 days restriction and
45 days extra duty.

• A squadron commander administered non-judicial punishment under Article 15, UCMJ, to an airman first class for a violation of Article 92, dereliction of duty, and Article 134, false statement. The commander imposed punishment of suspended reduction to airman, 45 days restriction and 45 days extra duty.
