Vogelweh Chapel closed
Due to recent flood damage, the Saturday Catholic confessions and Mass and Protestant Gospel Service have been moved to Ramstein North Chapel until further notice. Confessions will be held from 4 to 4:45 p.m. Saturday, Catholic Mass will be at 5 p.m. Saturday, and the Protestant Gospel Service will be held at 1 p.m. Sunday. U.S. military at R-P state fair
The annual Rheinland-Pfalz State Fair will take place today to Sunday in the city of Alzey. Cities and union communities of the state of Rheinland-Pfalz, charity organizations as well as military forces will participate. The U.S. Air Force will send the 86th Civil Engineer Squadron with fire department equipment, the 786th CES presenting a bomb suit, vehicle, robot and training aides, the 435th Security Forces Squadron presenting sniper equipment and the door frame breaching and the 435th Contingency Response Squadron with a 25K-loader and a 10K all-terrain forklift. The U.S. Air Forces in Europe Bands Touch ‘n’ Go and Wings of Dixie will perform at 7:30 p.m. Saturday and noon Sunday, respectively. The Army side of the KMC will present its U.S. Army Europe Show Band performing at 7 p.m. today near Stadthalle. They will also send the 21st Theater Sustainment Command’s Theater Logistics Support-Center Europe with a tank truck, the 30th Medical Brigade presenting advanced trauma life support, the 7th Mission Support Command with a medical support unit and the 18th Military Police showing off a military working dog team. Commissioning town hall
The Ramstein Education Center and Company Grade Officers’ Council will hold a commissioning town hall briefing from
1 to 3 p.m. Tuesday at the U.S. Air Forces in Europe Conference Center, Foulois Room, Bldg. 306A, on Ramstein. Information on the various programs will be provided along with a panel of prior enlisted officers to share their experiences. Trace Adkins concert
A free musical event for the whole family with country music star Trace Adkins will take place at 7 p.m. June 11 at the Ramstein Enlisted Club. Seating will be limited, so visitors are asked to bring their own blankets or chairs. For more details, visit www.86FSS.com.
Ramstein outprocessing
Ramstein outprocessing is held every Monday at 8 a.m. in Bldg. 2402. ROP Line personnel must be preregistered to attend, and a virtual outprocessing checklist will be loaded upon attendance. ROP has an 80-seat capacity. Unregistered members will be seated on a first-come basis until capacity is reached. Remaining members will be asked to return at a later date.
