CFC-O continues
The Combined Federal Campaign-Overseas, the annual workplace giving campaign for the five overseas combatant commands, will continue until Dec. 2. The campaign provides uniformed and civilian Department of Defense personnel serving overseas the opportunity to extend their service by supporting charitable causes of their choice. The Armed Services Blood Program-Europe will conduct blood drives on the following dates:

- 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday at Landstuhl Heaton Auditorium
- 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Nov. 1 at the 603rd Air Operations Center, Bldg. 570, on Ramstein
- 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Nov. 2 at the 86th Maintenance Squadron, Bldg. 2135, on Ramstein
- 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Nov. 14 at the Kaiserslautern Military Community Center food court
- 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Nov. 16 at the Brick House in Spangdahlem
- 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Nov. 21 at Landstuhl Heaton Auditorium

DFAS day for retirees
There will be a representative from Defense Finance Accounting System to serve retirees with DFAS-related issues from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Wednesday on Ramstein, Bldg. 2120, room 105. US Consular Outreach Day
A passport outreach day is scheduled from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Wednesday in Bldg. 2402 on Ramstein. Representatives will be on site to accept tourist passport and Consular Report of Birth Abroad applications and to answer questions related to immigrant visas and social security. In addition, a Citizenship and Immigration Briefing will be held at the Hercules Theater from 10 to 11:30 a.m. On-site passport photo support will be available for $8, but it is recommended to obtain photos prior to the event to minimize wait time. Wearing eye glasses in passport photos is no longer permitted. The Ramstein, Kaiserslautern and Baumholder passport offices will be closed Oct. 26 and reopen Oct. 27 in order to fully support the event.
