KMC units take home AF-level A1 awards

The deputy chief of staff for manpower, personnel and services recently announced the 2009 award winners for the A1 community.

“The A1 community is ready, engaging and constantly leaning forward to support Airmen and taking care of their families,” said Lt. Gen. Richard Newton. “While celebrating the accomplishments of our entire community, I would also like to identify specific outstanding individuals, programs and teams.”

Force Support Airman of the Year, for staff level:
Senior Airman Kristal D. Gallagher, USAFE, Ramstein

Force Support NCO of the Year, for staff level:
Tech. Sgt. Keelye M. Blackmore, USAFE, Ramstein

Bowling Program of the Year:
86th Services Squadron, USAFE, Ramstein

Enlisted Professional Military Education Team of the Year:
Kisling NCO Academy, USAFE, Kapaun

Human Resources Program of the Year:
86th Services Squadron, USAFE, Ramstein
