Participants were offered a static tour of a U.S. Air Force C-130J Super Hercules aircraft in addition to a tour of Ramstein AB to learn of the history and facts about the base. The military and civilian leaders gathered to gain a deeper understanding of the community around them and new insights on leadership challenges they can apply in their role as Air Force leaders. The program connected Air Force leaders from U.S. Air Forces in Europe – Air Forces Africa and 3rd Air Force at Ramstein with local German leaders in the areas of business, academia, industry and culture. After completing the program, graduates have a broader toolkit for leadership from a variety of perspectives and connections with each other as well as host nation partners.
