Leadership Connect program participants look inside a U.S. Air Force C-130J Super Hercules aircraft during a base tour at Ramstein Air Base, July 21. The program connected Air Force leaders from U.S. Air Forces in Europe – Air Forces Africa and 3rd Air Force at Ramstein with local German leaders in the areas of business, academia, industry and culture. After completing the program, graduates have a broader toolkit for leadership from a variety of perspectives and connections with each other as well as host nation partners.
