If you’re an Air Force senior airman, staff sergeant, technical sergeant or master sergeant looking to cross train, the Air Force requests you consider one of several critical Air Force Specialty Codes listed below.
The Ramstein Career Assistance Advisor’s Office sponsors an Air Force Critical AFSC Job Fair from 1 to 3 p.m. Feb. 4 in Bldg. 2402 on Ramstein (where Base INTRO is currently held). The job fair will have representatives from several critical AFSCs and each representative will have information concerning their career field that will help you in selecting the perfect job for you.
If you are within nine to 15 months of your DEROS, you are also in the retraining window. The Air Force requests you to consider retraining into a job where there is a need and where you can apply the skills you have already learned instead of separating. The job fair is not just for those individuals in the retraining window but for anyone who is considering a different career path.
