» USO Presents “Operation Thriller V,” Operation Thriller V Authors Tour. » A Non-Appropriated Funds Vehicle Auction will take place Tuesday through Sept. 15. Vehicles will be staged at the Pulaski Barracks Lemon Lot, the parking lot adjacent to the Pulaski Express gas station. Bids may be submitted at Pulaski Automotive Skills Center during opening hours. All bidders and purchasers must be in possession of a valid U.S. Army Europe license. Vehicles are sold as is; no warranties or guarantees included.
