Chaplain (Capt.) Henry Jenkins is a Protestant chaplain who pastors the Vogelweh Gospel Service and supports personnel of the 86th Airlift Wing and their families with the delivery of ministry to ensure the free exercise of religion. Jenkins is endorsed by the United Methodist Church. As the largest installation in the KMC, Ramstein’s Chaplain Corps extends their service footprint to support surrounding military installations and their families. The services offered include programs for children, teens and adults.
