Dorm managers needed
The 86th Civil Engineer Squadron has vacancies in dorm management for a staff and technical sergeant.
Applicant criteria includes: E-5/E-6 with completed seven-level, two years remaining on-station, commute should be within 30 minutes, minimum fitness score of 80 percent, provide copies of last three enlisted performance reports, provide current fitness score sheet, provide SURF, must not have received a selective re-enlistment bonus, must be released from their Air Force Specialty Code, among other requirements.
Job description: Ensures a high quality of life standard for residents to achieve a clean, safe and secure campus. Maintains and coordinates work order requests and repair records to ensure all actions are completed in a timely manner.

Traffic Corner
New hours
There are new hours for the Rod and Gun Club and CATM Access Road (Gate 14). Winter and summer hours will be as follows:
Winter (October through March)
Closed Mondays through Thursdays, open from 2 to 8 p.m. Fridays, and open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays.
Summer (April through September)
Closed Mondays through Wednesdays, open from 12:30 to 8 p.m. Thursdays, open from 1 to 8 p.m. Fridays, and open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays.
During Increased Force Protection Condition Levels, the 569th U.S. Forces Police Squadron may close the gate without advance notice. The Rod and Gun Club can be accessed from off base. For more information, call the 86th Force Support Squadron or 569th USFPS at 489-7040.
Construction Corner
Construction resumes
Construction on the addition to the Ramstein Commissary building is scheduled to resume Monday. Heavy equipment will be moved into the area and construction traffic will increase, especially on the north side of the building near Ramstein Elementary School. Commissary patrons and parents dropping off children for school are asked to use extra caution when in the area.
