• NSPS Performance Management (for employees and supervisors) training: today, Tuesday to Feb. 23
• Being Prepared for Change (for employees): Tuesday to Feb. 23
• Conquering Conflict Through Communication During Change (for employees): Tuesday, Thursday, Feb. 23
• Leading Through Change (supervisors): Wednesday
• Interactive Supervisory Skills (supervisors): March 5 to 16
