Swiss Mountain Cabin Getaway
Oct. 5-8
Just outside Interlaken, the mountain cabin lies on the banks of the Simme River in a gorge. A vast network of hiking, cycling, climbing and kayaking opportunities surrounds us as we enjoy communal lodging and a shared kitchen in our own private cabin. Three bunk rooms attached to common kitchen/living/dining/ fire pit/ gorgeous porch give us the perfect base camp to pursue the region’s recreational opportunities. Our staff will rotate through, leading day hikes, climbing sessions on the area’s limestone walls, and provide guidance on cycling routes and train schedules for self-guided adventures in the valley. SUP/Kayak: Foundations

This course will cover all the skills necessary for you to navigate your kayak including basic strokes, the body mechanics of paddling, and how to safely escape from an overturned boat. This fall we are also adding Stand Up Paddleboards to the water for fun for all ages. This is a great chance to prepare for our upcoming kayak and SUP trips, or a great way to add variety to your work week at our own aquatic center. Climbing Movement: Foundations

Climbing movement fundamentals can be intimidating to master and they take brains to learn effectively. Luckily, our intstructors have the courage to help you in a two-hour skills-specific clinic format. Participants will learn methods to climb more efficiently. Develop a warm up routine to help prevent injury, and learn to set goals that don’t require any wizardry to attain. All abilities and experience levels encouraged. Cost: $21
