Partnership continues

Lt. Col. Lars Zetterstrom, U.S. Army Garrison Kaiserslautern commander, explains the design of his commander’s coin before presenting it to Fritz Hack, mayor of Sembach Jan. 29. Zetterstrom also delivered a commemorative plaque on behalf of the Sembach Veterans’ Association, whose members returned to the community last year.
