Garrison Commander Col. Bryan DeCoster took part in a wreath laying at the cemetery in Kaiserslautern, while Command Sgt. Maj. Kenneth Kraus, the garrison’s senior enlisted leader, took part in a ceremony in Germersheim. The public holiday in Germany commemorates all those who died in armed conflicts.
