Ramstein High School students need to get ready for centralized re-registration for school year 2012-2013.
All returning students must re-register from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday to March 30 at the Kaiserslautern Military Community Center. If you are not sure if you are going to be here for school year 2012-2013, register anyway. If you know you will not be here and have not already notified us, e-mail debra.murphy@eu.dodea.edu so your student’s records can be prepared.
Here is what you need to do before you arrive at the KMCC:
1) Go to the website www.rams-hs.eu.dodea.edu
2) Click on “Registration”
3) Click on “Documents”
4) Click on “Returning Students”
5) Open each required form, complete and print. Having the documents printed will save you time.
6) Bring the completed forms to finalize re-registration.
7) Bring current (from Jan. 1 to current) proof of residence (i.e. housing contract or utility bill with your physical address.)
**Base Housing occupants — We have been able to verify all Ramstein Base Housing occupants, so you may skip step No. 7.
8) Bring extension orders if applicable. NOTE: For those Air Force families who are on an extended long tour (block 11 tour length is 36 month and block 12 extended long is yes), we need to have proof of your DEROS for the fourth year i.e. virtual MPF print out etc. This is a new requirement of our district office.
** If you do not print out and complete the forms ahead of time, they will be available in your RHS re-registration packet **
When you arrive at the KMCC Food Court you will need to:
1) Pick up a copy of the Form 600. Review and update the demographic information on the Form 600.
2) Proceed to the registration room (party room) to turn in your Form 600 along with the documents you printed out for review and acceptance.
