Back to school bash
Zeta Archonettes will host a “Back to School Bash” from 7 to 11 p.m. Saturday, at Armstrong Community Club on Vogelweh Housing for all KMC-area middle school students. Admission is $10 at the door.
RAHS open house
Ramstein American High School will host its Open House from 4 to 6 p.m. Thursday. The date was incorrect in the Sept. 1 issue.
College Night seeks alumni
The annual Kaiserslautern College Information Night will be Oct. 19 at Ramstein American High School.
More than 1,000 high school students and their parents are expected to attend college night. And, more than 75 colleges, scholarship programs and military recruiters are there.
Many colleges and universities at the event are represented by alumni who live in or near Kaiserslautern.
Anyone who would like to represent their alma mater should contact event organizers as soon as possible. E-mail Larry_Zani@compuserve.com and identify the school you wish to represent.
Bus infomation
Parents who live in Siegelbach, Rodenbach or Weilerbach with elementary-age children who ride the bus to Vogelweh Elementary School must obtain a separate bus pass if their child is enrolled in the Kapaun Before and After School program. Children from these villages who attend the Before and After School program will have two bus passes, one for their home village and one for the Kaupan program. Parents should contact their child’s school for more information.
