Service Culture Spotlight: Marcel Fisher

U.S. Army Garrison Rheinland-Pfalz highlights Marcel Fisher for Service Culture Spotlight!

Hailing from Kaiserslautern, Germany, Marcel serves as the subject matter expert for all MWR Youth Sports & Fitness operations, policies and regulations governing Child and Youth Sports and Fitness Services.

His primary duties are creating youth sports & fitness performance analysis reports by using both historic and current program data, such as sports income, sports registration numbers, program demand, program trends, planned and target numbers versus actual numbers. He also conducts inspections of facilities and fields to ensure the facilities and all athletic playing fields meet safety standards.

Marcel has been working for USAG Rheinland-Pfalz for 14 years!
