Seven Airmen receive Articles 15

Driving under the influence
An E-3 was charged under Article 111 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice for driving under the influence of alcohol. Punishment received was reduction to the grade of E-2, forfeiture of $747 pay per month for two months, 15 days restriction, 15 days extra duty and a reprimand.

Violation of general regulation
An E-1 was charged under Article 92 of the UCMJ for wrongfully consuming alcohol eight hours before duty. Punishment received was forfeiture of $75 pay per month for two months, 30 days restriction, 30 days extra duty and a reprimand.
Failure to go, disrespect to NCO

An E-2 was charged under Articles 86 and 91 of the UCMJ for failing to go to an appointed place of duty at the time prescribed and disrespect toward an NCO. Punishment received was reduction to the grade of E-1, suspended forfeiture of $668 pay per month for two months, 30 days restriction, 30 days extra duty and a reprimand.

An E-3 was charged under Articles 86 and 91 of the UCMJ for failing to go to an appointed place of duty at the time prescribed. The Airman also used disrespectful language toward an NCO. Punishment received was reduction to the grade of E-2 and a reprimand.

An E-2 was charged under Article 86 of the UCMJ for failing to go to an appointed place of duty at the time prescribed. Punishment received was suspended reduction to the grade of E-1, 30 days restriction, 30 days extra duty and a reprimand.
Failure to go, dereliction of duty

An E-3 was charged under Articles 86 and 92 of the UCMJ for twice failing to go to an appointed place of duty at the time prescribed. Punishment received was suspended reduction to the grade of E-2, 30 days correctional custody and a reprimand.
