Col. Gregory Brady, incoming commander of the 10th Army Air and Missile Defense Command, stands with Command Sgt. Maj. Sunny skies, countless dignitaries and a marching band usually signify that a memorable gathering is in the works, and for the hundreds in attendance at Rhine Ordnance Barracks July 10, they weren’t disappointed.
