Capt. Kimberly Ferland, lead NATO evaluator, gives the First Impression Report to the 212th Combat Support Hospital commander and key leaders. This initial report, which found the unit fully capable or capable in all areas, will be the basis of the official certification, which will occur later at NATO headquarters.

The 212th Combat Support Hospital successfully completed a week-long NATO evaluation April 22 that is expected to lead to the unit being the first-ever NATO-certified combat hospital.
