The 86th Airlift Wing hosted its first-ever SpouseFit event this week at the Ramstein Officers’ Club, boosting the morale of military spouses by offering a fit, fun and fabulous opportunity to build connections and to stay resilient.

SpouseFit promises fit, fun, fabulous event

Ditch the overhead projector and leave the dry, stuffy “death by briefings” to the folks in uniform. According to event organizers, Ramstein’s “SpouseFit” workshop, held on Feb. 22 and 23, promises to offer an interactive, fun experience for spouses of all ranks.

Ramstein’s religious support teams — one chaplain and one chaplain assistant — are on standby to assist Airmen in crisis, who need religious support, or who just want to talk things out without fear of retribution.
