Robinson "Robbie" Risner during his internment ceremony Jan. 23 at Arlington National Cemetery in Arlington, Va. Risner was the Air Force's 20th ace, and he survived seven and a half years of captivity as a prisoner of war in Hoa Lo Prison during the Vietnam War.
