Construction on new traffic circle begins this month

A new traffic junction will be constructed beginning Nov. 28 outside the Ramstein East Gate. The new junction, described as a turbo circle, is a State Authority for Mobility — also referred to as LBM — project designed to meet future traffic needs.

After numerous complaints from service members, families and civilians, construction to fix the huge potholes and uneven pavement on Pulaski Road is finally underway.

traffic flow on the L369 outside the east gate. Commuters may experience delays leaving or entering the installation between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. until approximately March 1. A traffic light was installed and the speed limit reduced on the L369 between the Harmon Gate and the L369-K5-A6 circle near Einsiedlerhof to mitigate traffic flow in this area. All personnel are advised to plan accordingly, observe all traffic laws and use the East LVIS Gate when available.
