At the end of each day, the air cadets were rewarded for their hard work with certificates that acknowledged they successfully exercised admirable cooperative skills.

British Air Training Corps Detachment Warrant Officer Mathew Craigs, 224th ATC, calls a group of more than 40 British cadets to attention Aug. 14 in front of the Kisling Noncommissioned Officer Academy on Kapaun. The cadets from England, Wales and Northern Ireland took part in the event that immersed them into the life of a U.S. Air Force NCO attending the Kisling NCOA.

Women in service are ‘The Mighty’

One of my favorite movies is called “The Mighty.” It’s about an awkward boy with learning disabilities and an unmistakably large stature and his friend who is riddled with birth defects, plaguing his ability to stand and even walk on his own. The two rely heavily on each other to fill in their personality and learning gaps.
