Staff Sgt. Ieshia Pledger, 86th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron AE specialist, explains the equipment and procedures for AE missions to members of the Norwegian medical branch during a tour Oct. 3 on Ramstein. The medical branch visited the Contingency Aeromedical Staging Facility, Landstuhl Regional Medical Center and other medical agencies to learn how the U.S. performs aeromedical evacuation and critical care aeromedical transport missions.
