Outgoing U.S. Army Garrison Kaiserslautern commander Lt. Col. Lars Zetterstrom relinquishes command to Col. Bryan D. DeCoster during a ceremony June 28 at Armstrong’s Club on Vogelweh. Zetterstrom was the last battalion level garrison commander for USAG Kaiserslautern before its scheduled inactivation in September.
