Paper T-shirts hang on a display board during the Ready and Resilient information fair at the Kaiserslautern Military Community Center Sept. 11 on Ramstein. The clothesline project is for people to decorate shirts and hang them to support domestic violence victims. From Oct. 4 through 9, the Family Advocacy Program will be hanging them in the KMCC food court.

September in Germany has always been a favorite month for many in the KMC. Events such as the Bad Duerkheim Wurstmarkt and the Bernkastel-Kues wine festival hold a place in many people’s hearts long after they leave.
