Photo by Larissa A. GreatwoodA U.S. Army Corps of Engineers construction project changed the traffic flow on the L369 outside the east gate. Commuters may experience delays leaving or entering the installation between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. until approximately March 1. A traffic light was installed and the speed limit reduced on the L369 between the Harmon Gate and the L369-K5-A6 circle near Einsiedlerhof to mitigate traffic flow in this area. All personnel are advised to plan accordingly, observe all traffic laws and use the East LVIS Gate when available.
