APPOINTMENTS FOR HOUSING

The KMC Housing Office will schedule appointments for on-base Government Quarters “Acceptance” and on-base Government Quarters “Notice to Vacate”, (40 days prior to your expected departure date). Housing counselors schedule appointments to “Certify” an off-base contract (after the initial review process has been completed).

Walk-in hours are established for TLA and all housing inquiries. We are here to assist with all of your housing needs! Please call us at DSN 489-6672 or commercial 0631-536-6672 to schedule an appointment or if you have questions.

UPCOMING OFFICE CLOSURES

The KMC Housing Office will close at 11:30 on Dec 6 for an organizational function. The KMC Housing Office and the Furnishings Management Section (FMS) will close at 11:30 on Dec 11 due to training. The Furnishings Management Section will close at 11:30 on Dec 23 for an organizational function. The KMC Housing Office and the Furnishings Management Section will be closed on Dec. 24 – 26, Dec. 31 and Jan. 1, 2020.
