On-base and off-base customers Germany-wide will experience one short-term service outage.
On Tuesday July 22, between 0:00 and 06:00, TKS will implement a series of major network upgrades that will result in a one-time interruption of TKS services including easyConnect, easyTV, AFN via the on-base analog cable network, and Exchange Connect. The duration of the service interruption will be approximately 1-2 hours and affects TKS customers living both on-base and off-base Germany wide.
This infrastructure upgrade will lay the groundwork for a planned increase of Internet speed, and for the introduction of new and enhanced network services.
When the upgrades are completed all TKS network services will automatically resume with full functionality, customers are not required to reset or reconfigure their existing setup.
