***image1***Staff Sgt. Jeremiah Gates, a fireman from Lakenheath, rappels down a wall May 24 at the 435th Fire Protection Flight building. Sergeant Gates is at Ramstein for a 21-day Rescue Technician course, put on by the 38th Construction and Training Squadron, which encompasses swift water rescue, incident management, auto extraction, technical rope rescue and confined space rescue.
